Duties:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Supervise and train staff members in various roles
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Interview, hire, and schedule employees
- Implement and maintain quality standards for products and services
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
